Ricardo was outstanding. He came in and fixed an issue with my air conditioning prior to the installation on something else and he came out and got everything fixed. Aaron Services hit two home runs for our business yesterday when we discovered a water leak above our communications equipment. First they quickly dispatched an HVAC tech to take care of a clogged drain on the A/C unit, but then also had a plumber out in quick succession when we discovered broken pipes that needed repair. John Poole and Billy Nolan were both very professional, courteous, and conscientious about keeping the work area clean. Ricardo did an awesome job!!  The air conditioner seemingly wasn’t working in our townhouse. We only have one unit, but it was working upstairs and not downstairs, which seemed very strange. Of course, when he checked the unit, everything seemed to be in working order (face palm). He then explained that it could’ve been one of two issues based on what we were experiencing. He checked the dampers and said that they looked good, which usually means that it’s the thermostat. He did confirm that since everything appeared to be working at the moment, he couldn’t be 100% sure, but said that was his best estimation. We asked him to go ahead and change it out because we did have issues with the same model thermostat upstairs previously. While he was changing it, he noticed that it seemed to be shorting out,  Indicating that it was either bad or that it may not have been installed properly. He changed the old thermostat out in less than 20 minutes. What I appreciate the most is that he didn’t try to scare me into purchasing a new thermostat or anything like that, but he gave me his honest professional opinion.
